Ring Pro Light Spinning No Wifi

As soon as your ring product has been set up in the ring app it will stop broadcasting this wifi network and stay connected to your home network.
Ring pro light spinning no wifi. Immediately the ring begins to spin that white circle. When any ring product is in setup mode it broadcasts a temporary ring wifi network. A flashing white led on the front of the pro after attempting the wifi connection step is either an update being performed or setup failure. Prior to setting up your ring doorbell 2 plug the battery into a power source using the supplied orange cable and charge it fully.
During the setup process the ring app will connect to this wifi network to tell your ring product how to connect to your home wifi network. Once you connect successfully to your home wifi the video doorbell pro will automatically update if necessary. Use the same process to reconnect multiple ring devices to wifi. I tried reinstalling and hard resetting the ring it goes back to the spinning white circle.
I get the spinning white light pushing the doorbell button creates the blue light and rings my mechanical doorbell so those functions are working. For ring pro to function correctly the voltage needs to be listed as good or when you tap it at least 3 900mv. I attempt setup but the wifi network will not show up. The green light on the battery will light up solid once it s fully charged.
To check the voltage of your ring pro open the ring app select your ring pro and tap device health. Your ring pro requires a power source that supplies a minimum of 16 volts ac. How do i know my video doorbell pro cam is in setup. It won t connect because no ring network is visible in my wifi network.
Use the same process to change to a new wifi network. If your ring doorbell 2 is fully charged and the light still doesn t start spinning when you push the black. Open up the ring app and tap on the three lines on the top left. White circle spins but no wifi network shows up.
From my reading of the support forums this says it is charging but it has been doing this for two full days. Look for devices in the list on the left side of the screen. I have tried with continued failure to get my ring doorbell pro to connect to the new router. Select the device camera doorbell etc you need to reconnect to wifi.
If the setup failed there may also be a flashing white led pattern. After working well for over two months my ring video doorbell pro lost connection to wifi and just had a constant blue blinking light which filled the top half of the circle around the button. In this case you should restart the setup procedure and when you get to this step look for a slowly pulsing light on your device. Trouble with the step is usually an inability to find the temporary wifi network called ring being broadcast by your device.
Performing a hard reset.
